James “Jim” DeLung, MEd, is currently serving with pride as the President & CEO of the Organizational Leadership Consortium, LLC.  As a successful private entrepreneur and public-sector leader, he brings a commitment to the development of effective leadership and inspiration to organizations through an interactive, adult-oriented program of study.  

As an "Edutainer," Jim's area of expertise is public speaking and the construction of curriculum for advanced/executive training for thousands of students throughout the U.S.A. and Canada.  His greatest passion is creating an open and honest dialogue for leaders and followers to discuss the contemporary generational issues of America.  Founder and developer of MI Leadership© (Motivation Idiography©), Jim combines social psychology and classic leadership strategies to identify communication/motivational preferences through analysis of an individual's generation, culture, gender, birth order, and DiSC© Personal Profile test results.  OLC can help you effectively obtain sustained, positive behavior through belief of your organizational mission.  Jim's desire is to teach leaders and followers that the greatest positive impact to individuals and organizations is "Leadership Beyond Behavior to Belief!"TM.

Jim is a certified facilitator (#45291) for FranklinCovey© for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People©, 7 Habits for Law Enforcement©, and the 7 Habits Maximizer© programs. 

Jim is currently obtaining his PhD in Business Administration with emphasis on Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University. Jim obtained his Master of Educational Leadership and Bachelor of Science Criminal Justice degrees from Northern Arizona University.

Richard "Dick" DeLung, PhD, has been teaching/facilitating for over 40 years, and is proud to be a Senior Executive Trainer for the Organizational Leadership Consortium.  In 1988, he obtained his PhD in Human Organization and Development from the Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.  Dr. "D" is passionate in the fields of human behavior, sociology, and psychology.

He is currently the graduate student mentor for the Public Administration online program at the Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, TX.

Troy Abney, MBA, is a current law enforcement executive and practitioner with over 27 years of experience.  Due to his diverse background, Troy proudly brings real world experience to the concepts of hands-on leadership, problem solving, and applied innovation to the Organizational Leadership Consortium as a Senior Executive Trainer. 

Troy’s strength is the practical application of leadership concepts to acquire high performance results that serve the organization, leader, and follower while understanding and respecting all.  He has applied and overseen the development of all levels of training from basic concepts to advanced application.  As a practitioner, Troy is open to sharing both successes and failures.  His true passion is succession planning and “getting there from here”.

He is a certified instructor for the California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Commission and has served as the commander (director) of an elite law enforcement training academy.  Troy has thirty years of experience as a military and law enforcement trainer/practitioner.

Troy is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 235), the California POST Executive Development Course, is the first person to attend the Queensland (AUS) Police Services’ Strategic Management Studies in Policing from the United States, and is a certified project manager.  He has been a member of numerous professional committees and currently belongs to several professional organizations.

Geoff Leggett, MEd
,
is currently serving as an educator and trainer in law enforcement from basic to advanced skills.  Geoff served twenty-five years with a large law enforcement agency in the Southwest. During his career he served in patrol, tactical operations, investigations and training as both a line and command officer. 


Geoff’s area of expertise is communications, training administration and curriculum development, leadership and stress management.  Geoff has a passion and love for training and working with others to achieve the highest levels of performance and success. He feels strongly that the primary reason many leaders fail to be effective is not due to lack of desire but lack of skill. Through open discussion and learning from one another Geoff along with the other members of OLC can help leaders to achieve the proper skill set. 

Geoff is a facilitator for Franklin Covey with regard to the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, 7 Habits for Law Enforcement, and the DiSC Personal Profile test. Additionally, Geoff is a trainer for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation training agencies and personnel to cope with the range of reactions that impact us, our families, co-workers.

Geoff is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 219). He received his Master in Educational Leadership as well as Bachelors of Science in Police Administration from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ.

Laura A. Molinaro, MA, is the pioneering female of the Prescott Valley Police Department, Laura Molinaro has paved the way for women in law enforcement in Northern Arizona and throughout the state.   She received her BS / Teaching Certificate from Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, NJ, and her MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.  She is a graduate of the Southwest Command College as well as the FBI National Academy, Quantico, VA, class 197.  She is currently enrolled in Northcentral University, pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Training and Development Leadership.

Laura is a certified instructor for Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (AZPOST) Board and has instructed throughout the state of Arizona for over 20 years.  She has served on Subject Matter Expert (SME) committees for AZPOST and is a recognized expert in the fields of Leadership, Mental Illness (MI), and Developmental Disability (DD).  She conducts training for entry level personnel at the Police Academy (Ethics, Supervision/Leadership, and MI/DD) as well as advanced in-service training across the state for personnel of all ranks in a variety of topics.

During her exceptional career, she has supervised/managed Criminal Investigations, Records, Communications, SWAT, K-9, a Narcotics Task Force, Patrol Functions, as well as overseen critical incidents on scene as Incident Commander and in management roles in Emergency Operations Centers (EOC).  She is responsible for developing the foundation of many of the long standing programs that are in effect today in her organization.  

Laura brings over 23 years of real life experience to the leadership world having led all aspects of a police organization during her career.  During her tenure she was the founder of a program to better serve the special needs community in Arizona.  An excellent facilitator and instructor, Laura was able to coalesce a multitude of representatives from various community organizations into a cohesive group for the development of curriculum for what would eventually become the First Responder Smart Card Program.  The program enjoys tremendous success throughout the state of Arizona and has been requested by individuals/entities outside of Arizona.

She has been actively involved in Special Olympics as a coach since 1988 and as Director of Competition for Spring Invitational Games since 1991.  Her love of sport and her sincere desire to serve has resulted in numerous awards for her work in her community, throughout the state, and with Special Olympics.

Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in New Jersey, she now resides in Dewey, Arizona with her husband, Robert Ziegler, a Detective with the Prescott Police Department.

Cory Davies, a leader in his state police agency, graduated from his Division’s Academy in November of 1992 and proudly serves today.  Mr. Davies is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, National Academy (Session 235).  During his four months of training in Quantico Virginia, his studies focused on Executive Leadership Training.

Cory's educational achievements include a Bachelors of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University(EKU).  During his tenure at EKU, he studied Police Administration and Psychology. He created his Division’s Leadership Course, a statewide leadership development program focusing on first-line supervision.  He was challenged by the State Police’s Superintendent to train each of the Division’s 250+ first line supervisors on leadership principles.  Cory also has instructed leadership courses for the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, Pennsylvania State Police, Modesto, California Police Department and several Federal agencies.

Cory is also is a member of his agency’s Retirement Board of Directors.  The Board manages over 600 million dollars in assets and health care benefits for over 1,400 beneficiaries.  He leads the investments for the State Retirement System.  Cory's training is focused on fiduciary responsibility.

Cory is married to his wife, Sheri, a teacher and has two children, Clay and Miller.

Robert "Bob" White, MS, has been involved in the law enforcement profession for 35 years.  Robert graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.  He started his career just two weeks later with the Flagstaff Police Department in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Robert continued his post graduate education and completed his Master of Science Degree in 1978.  Robert committed the next 31 years with the City of Flagstaff Police Department.

During his career, Robert worked most assignments associated with a municipal police agency including patrol, investigations, narcotics and support services.  He routinely acted as the Public Information Officer for the Flagstaff Police Department working with all aspects of the media. In 1991, Robert attended the 167th Session of the FBI National Academy, where he was selected Class Spokesperson, representing 250 Law Enforcement Professionals from around the world.  He served as the Arizona Chapter President for the Arizona Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates for two years and is a former adjunct member of the Arizona Chapter.

Robert rose to the rank of Deputy Chief before his retirement in 2006.  He is a certified facilitator for the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People©  and is a licensed facilitator for ES Press and presents material based on the book Emotional Survival for Law Enforcement of behalf of Dr. Kevin Gilmartin.

Robert has facilitated courses in the United States as well as Canada, working with the Ontario Provincial Police as well as other Provincial Police Agencies.  Although primarily working with Law Enforcement and Public Safety Agencies, Robert has instructed in the private sector as well.
